We do not accept cheques. If you wish to pay by e-transfer, please do not complete this form until you have contacted our Treasurer Angela Berrette at firstname.lastname@example.org to make special arragements. Be sure to copy our Registration manager Jennifer Pulsifer at email@example.com. All EFT's must be accepted within 48 hours of registration.
All registration fees are subject to HST and are non-refundable, but may be reassigned to another attendee. All registration changes will be made on a complimentary basis up until 5pm AT on October 20th. After this date, a change fee of $25 per change will be charged to attendee(s).
